Policy
Booking Process
- I do NOT have a booking site because I like to be personable with my clients.
- To schedule an appointment, text (901) 800-9778. My clients have my undivided attention during their appointment, so you will receive a response within 24 hours.
-After your style and appointment date/time has been confirmed, you will receive the address via text the day before your appointment.
Prior to Your Appointment
-Your hair must be washed, blow-dried, and free from all product.
-If your hair is natural, twist it down after blow drying to prevent it from going back to its natural state.
-Hair is not included with any style, so you will receive a message confirming the type/length of hair to purchase and how many packs.
Deposit
-No deposit is required for booking.
-However,
1. If you NCNS, 50% of your next desired style is required as a non-refundable deposit before another appointment is confirmed (deposit goes toward balance and cannot be transferred.).
2. If you cancel within 24 hours, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required before another appointment is confirmed (deposit goes toward balance and cannot be transferred).
Payment Options
-Cash, ApplePay, or Zelle are all acceptable forms of payment on the day of your appointment.
Health & Sanitation
-Face mask is not required.
-If you are sick, please cancel your appointment. I will be happy to reschedule you when you are feeling better.
