Welcoming New Students
Dedicated to nurturing youth talent, Niquely Designed School of Braids and Crochet opened for enrollment in May of 2022.
Developed with the youth in mind, Niquely Designed shares a specific skill and gives instruction and guidance for entrepreneurship.This venture was envisioned to give the youth the ability to have a head start in generating income, learning finances, and building relationships.Although this program is geared toward our youth, classes are also available for adults who are interested in learning the skill of braiding.
Classes
One on one braiding classes are available to learn a new skill or perfect your skill.
In this 3 hour one on one course, you will learn and perfect the art of braiding a knotless and box braid.
Cornrows and Feed-In
$225
In this 3 hour one on one course, you will learn and perfect the art of braiding a cornrow and feed-in cornrow braid.
**Must know how to braid** If not, enroll in our beginner friendly “knotless and box braid” class.
Stitch
$225
In this 3 hour one on one course, you will learn and perfect the art of braiding a stitch braid.
**Must know how to braid and how to braid a cornrow** If not, enroll in our beginner friendly “knotless and box braid” class and our “cornrow and “feed-in“ class.
Designs
$225
In this 3 hour one on one course, you will learn and perfect the art of design braiding . Designs include a heart, butterfly, boho, zigzag, certain numbers, breast cancer ribbon.
**Must know how to braid and how to braid a cornrow** If not, enroll in our beginner friendly “knotless and box braid” class and our “cornrow and “feed-in“ class.
In this 3 hour one on one course, you will learn and perfect the technique of island and spring twists.
**Must know how to braid** If not, enroll in our beginner friendly “knotless and box braid” class.
Crochet
$225
In this 3 hour one on one course, you will learn and perfect the art of convenient crochet styles (braids, twists, locs, loose hair).
**Must know how to braid and how to braid a cornrow** If not, enroll in our beginner friendly “knotless and box braid” class and our “cornrow and “feed-in“ class.
In this 3 hour one on one course, you will learn and perfect the technique of individually installing crochet styles.
**Must know how to braid. If not, enroll in our beginner friendly “knotless and box braid” class.
